Ibtidaa is preparing to release an essential educational resource with its new children’s book focused on ‘Good and Bad Touch.’ Aimed at empowering the youth with the ability to distinguish between safe and unsafe physical interactions, this initiative seeks to create a safer environment for children across Pakistan. By providing accessible and age-appropriate content, the book promotes awareness and prevention of inappropriate contact, encouraging a proactive approach to child safety.
At Ibtida, we believe that every child deserves to feel safe and protected. Our Good and Bad Touch Awareness Program is designed to help children understand the difference between safe and unsafe touch, empowering them with the knowledge to protect themselves.
We’ve recently launched our “Good and Bad Touch” awareness program in local schools and communities. Through engaging workshops, children learn about personal boundaries and how to recognize uncomfortable situations. This initiative is part of our mission to ensure every child knows their rights and how to ask for help if needed.
Our workshops are designed to be fun and educational. Children participate in role-playing, discussions, and interactive activities to help them learn in a safe environment.
We’ve seen incredible results from the “Good and Bad Touch” program. Parents and teachers report that children are now more confident and aware of how to express their feelings if something doesn’t feel right. The impact of this program is helping create safer environments for children in our communities.
